We collect your email address when you sign up, and the content you choose to lock in drops (messages, files, media). We also collect basic usage data such as when drops are created and opened.
Your email is used to send drop notifications and unlock alerts. Drop content is stored securely and only made accessible after the unlock date you set. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Content you lock in a drop is stored encrypted at rest. Recipients can only access it after the unlock date. Even our team cannot read the contents of your drops before they unlock.
Your drops are stored until you delete them. If you delete your account, all your drops and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days.
We use Supabase for database and file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payments. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
