You own everything you lock in a drop. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and deliver it to your intended recipient at the unlock date. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You may not use later. to send illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates any person's rights. We reserve the right to remove drops that violate these terms and to suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
Drop+ subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing issue.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
